Ege Polska is a company established in Poland. We process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR” / “RODO”) and applicable Polish law.

Data We Collect: We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when contacting us by email or via WhatsApp — namely your email address, your WhatsApp phone number and the content of your message. We do not collect any other personal data and we do not use contact forms, tracking tools or analytics.

Purpose and Legal Basis: Your data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide our logistics services, on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law.

Data Retention: We keep your data only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and to meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted.

Your Rights: Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, the right to object, and the right to data portability.
